We use an accredited company to run credit and background checks, which includes local and national background, evictions and credit with a guarantee of accuracy. Our application process helps us engage in discussion with the potential renters and to build a rapport.

Rent Collection
Tenants like the convenience of our rent collection options which include by mail, phone or online EFTs. They are able to log on to their account 24/7 for exact rental statements or can contact us with questions with an easy online form.

Legal Issues
Landmark Management has over 30 years of experience in the property management, which means we can step in and help rental owners at any moment. We can sign a new secure lease agreement with existing tenants; if a tenant isn’t paying we can go through the entire legal process from preparing and filing court papers, obtaining a judgment and legally re-gaining possession of your property. We can also report tenants to the top three credit bureaus.

Timely Maintenance and Repairs
Tenants know that they can rely on us if there is any maintenance (electrical, plumbing, heating, painting, roofing, carpentry, and cleaning) that needs to be addressed or if an emergency arises. Handling repair and maintenance requests quickly maintains a positive tenant relationship, helps retain good tenants as well as prevent smaller repairs from growing to costly expenses.
