GOV. WOLF (Pennsylvania) ISSUES EXECUTIVE ORDER ALLOWING REAL ESTATE TO OPEN ON A STATEWIDE BASIS

The Order Is Effective Tuesday, May 19 Subject to Certain Guidelines

Today, Tuesday, May 19th, Governor Tom Wolf issued an order that allows real estate to open on a statewide basis effective Tuesday, May 19 subject to certain guidelines.

We are awaiting specific information from PAR staff, who is now reviewing the guidance documents and will be providing information about what you will need to do moving forward to protect yourself and your clients. Please stay tuned for additional information.
